Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges according to the guidelines below. Please review our return policy before contacting us.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns on damaged or defective products only.
  • To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to (if and as applicable).

1. Returns Process

We use Printful for all products purchased through our store. For products, please contact us at smokinsugarandsweetie@gmail.com before returning any items. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions as needed.

2. Return Address Information

As Printful handles returns, please note that the address you will use for returning items should be directed to Smokin’ Sugar and Sweetie Returns. The address for the return will depend on where your package was fulfilled:

3. Return Address Disclaimer

  • The above return addresses should only be used for product returns.
  • No Legal Correspondence: The Printful address should not be used for legal correspondence.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Custom-designed products (personalised items, custom prints) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by Printful, they will process your refund according to their refund policy. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 30 business days.
